When using my Razer USB-C headset with my Razer Phone 2, the audio is all crackling and pops at the lower 4 audio volume levels.

Hi there! Are you referring to the Hammerhead USB-C or the Razer Phone 2 earphone dongle? Have you tried using it with another device to see if the same issue persists?

Yes I have. The Earphones work correctly with other devices, and the Phone works correctly with other devices. They just do not like each other. I am using email support now, so you may disregard all my forum threads.
