Can I get a ticket opened with support to determine first if there are any local service centers that could replace my intermittent connection on the USB-C charging and my battery that is draining fast and resulting in the phone dying at around 35%? If there are no service centers that are authorized, can I get a ticket opened with support to get a quote for the replacement/repair of the USB-C port and a replacement OEM battery please?

We do offer out-of-warranty service/repair if your device is out of warranty and you'll have to send it in to get repaired. I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. Please PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its model and check its warranty status.
