Razer Phone 2 useless camera

I've bought the Razer Phone 2 unlocked from Best Buy 7 months. The camera barely worked then. Now it doesn't even open at all. Razer doesn't have support for problems like this. The device would be great if I didn't need to use my old pixel XL for use of the camera. I'm disgusted.
