Razer phone camera focus issue

So the camera randomly broke on the phone so it wont focus on anything distant. At all. Didn't drop it, didn't do anything, it just decided not to work one day. I've reset the phone reset the app done everything, the support store basically says to go fuck myself and try here for help. What do I do now? Edit: The camera broke after Android 9 update

    The camera is still working, but it won't focus, am I right? Let's try to update your phone's firmware by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me your device's serial number. I can use that to verify its model and check for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
