I have a razer phone (first version) and when I shut it down and plug into charger it turns on and I can't charge when it is turned off. The battery percentage shows for a few seconds and the telephone turns on.

I'm using all the razer original accessories (the recharger etc)

Someone knows why this happens?
That's odd. When did this start to happen? Have you tried doing a hard reset? If not yet, please do and let me know if it helps.

Thank you for answer, and yeah I already did a factory reset. Mmm this problem starts since I've received my phone
