Razer Pro 17 (2020) Audio Issues

Hello Razer Community I am dealing with an annoying audio hiss/static issue with the onboard speakers, especially when not plugged into the battery. With the battery plugged in its minimal and not very noticeable, its when its not connected that is when you can hear the static/hissing sounds. This does not occur when I have my Bluetooth headset on. I have tried re-installing drivers and messing with multiple settings but I have given up. Is this is a driver issue or something internal? I am afraid of sending the unit back and getting another laptop with the same or different problem :/ since everything works fine other than this. Thanks in advance!

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That is odd. By the way, what do you mean by the issue is evident when the battery is plugged in? Are you referring to the physical battery or its power adapter? Please send me a PM together with the laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
