the cursor does not move but all other buttons are working, including scroll. Also the sensor light is not on. I am not able to update the driver through synapse because it’s blocked by admin on my laptop. I did try updating the driver through windows device settings and it already has the latest driver.

I have the exact same issue for a new Razer Pro Click Mini I just received. This has to be returned.
I have a similar issue the cursor moves by itself in a diagonal upper left way, I rarely use the mouse, left, right and scroll buttons works, tried cleaning the sensor with q tip with alcohol, update the drivers, synapse and firmware, unpair and pair the device, used another laptop, change the batteries no luck. Any support from razer support?
