Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble setting up my Razer Pro Click V2. Synapse 4 is installed on my PC, but it keeps failing to install/recognize my device. I've tried everything I could find but nothing worked.
Things I've already tried:
Reinstalling Synapse 4 (clean install)
Restarting the PC
Trying different USB ports
Running Synapse as administrator
Disabling antivirus/firewall
The mouse itself works fine as a basic mouse, but Synapse can't complete the device setup.
How can I get the detailed error log so I can share it here? Where does Synapse 4 store its installation logs?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
