Dock has always been on and off with wanting to charge my mouse…. finally it has just stopped completely. all bio is updated, tried switching usb port, cleaning the connections with alcohol wipes, and just nothing. firmware updates,, paring repairing, i have tried everything. I have an 80$ rgb puck on my desk now.. so disappointing. Is there anything else i can try?
