Razer Pro Type constantly disconnecting and reconnecting?

Hello, I recently bought a razer pro type and over the past couple days it seems to have started to disconnect and reconnect randomly. only for blips of a second or two, but it really messes with everything from video games to just typing because if it disconnects when I type a letter, it just continues the held down key as far as windows is concerned (ex, if I typed r in and it DCed it would just go rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr until it reconnected) I have adjusted all usb hub and device settings to not mess with power in device manager, but it still seems to be happening.(running high performance in power settings so its set not to touch usb hubs in there as well) I am pretty sure its a full disconnect of the keyboard since when I have synapse open, it will drop the keyboard off and redisplay it. any idea what might be causing this? driver issue? faulty keyboard? windows setting i dont know about?
