Hi,
I have a Razer Pro type keyboard, ( NOT ULTRA),
The keyboard is double pressing very often. This affect all keys and happens if no matter the type of connection I am using (Bluetooth or dongle). I also tried multiple PC, it’s doing the same thing everywhere.
There is no firmware update available for the non-ultra model on Razer firmware page.
Is it available somewhere else? Can I do something else to get rid of the double-pressing?
Do I have to throw away the keyboard?
Hello,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Pro Type and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
