razer pro type keyboard not showing up in bluetooth devices

So i got the new pro type keyboard today. I can connect it to my pc with the usb dongle....but if i try to do it in bluetooth mode it doesnt show up on both a macos pc and a windows 10 pc. it only seems to show up in android phones, iphones, and tablets. is there something special im supposed to do to get it to work with desktop computers?

    @Hesperian650 Since the keyboard is detected on phones, it is possible that the BlueTooth drivers on PC and macOS does not have support for the more modern protocols used by the keyboard. Have you tried updating, if not, clean installing newer BT drivers? In any case, please send me the serial number of your keyboard so I can help you further isolate the issue.
