In September I bought the Razer Pro Type keyboard and at first this was a good keyboard for using between my two computers. Then two issues started to make the keyboard an annoyance.

1. The battery - with the backlight off - lasts only a few days and with only a quick popup does the software tell you to charge - the keyboard is then useless for 5 to 10 minutes as it starts its charge

2. When the keyboard goes to sleep there appear to be no cache for the keystrokes made as it reconnects. You lose those keystrokes basically making invalid entries.



As far as I can tell the latest firmware is installed - the download section does not even list the keyboard. Is anyone else having these issues with the Razer Pro Type, are there fixes or is this another device to recycle?
