My Razer Pro Type Ultra as a hardware problem and I wanted use the 2 years warranty offered with Razer keyboards. I bought it the 25th of January 2022 but when I enter all the infos, the support is telling me :
“Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty”.
Could you help me with that ?
Really hard to find a way to contact Razer by mail of phone by the way...
