Razer Pro v2 Kraken Not Working on W10
I just bought this good looking headphones but the sound quality is not good at all. W10 does not recognize them and I just hear in an inferior quality. The mic is not even working. I tried with the single jack and now I connected the dual jack for audio/mic but neither is working. Please I need help asap
