razer product nom. not working HELP

HELLO, ive been having issue with my razer product nom. in registering into razer synapse. ALSO, ive checked before and i DIDNT got confused with the letter O or the nomber 0. and just to mention the product is brand new so its not any old version or something else. tnx a head for the support Yoni.
