I bought a renewed Razer Kraken X of amazon and the label had an incomplete product number so I am not able to register my product.

To register a product through Synapse, you need a product number and S/N
Contact the RAZER support through the following web link and choose the Kraken X category
https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio
If I recall, RAZER support can help with erased or non-visible P/N or S/N, if you can provide them some information of valid number you see on the packaged box.

you can also find ur product number and S/N under earcup. when u open up the earcup you will find it there
