Razer products keep disconnecting

Hello to everyone… I have been a razer enthusiast since I built my first pc 10 years ago (I was 13 years old at that time). Since then I have changed a lot of peripherals ( some where from other companies) but now I am close to my dream razer settup (already have razer siren mini , razer basilisk ultimate and razer blackshark wireless). All these devices keep disconnecting from the PC and the only solution to these is pluging the mouse in and use it wired. But I paid for the wireless connection so I want to use it😅😅.

this problem has been there for at least 1 year . I have updated drivers downloaded the new razer synapse 4 and everything else that may come to your mind. I don’t know what else to do and now I’m reconsidering  if I should either buy a razer keyboard or to choose an other company and change slowly all of my razer products. RAZER PLEASE HELP I KNOW THAT A LOT OF US COSTUMERA HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!

Can you explain what exactly happens when they disconnect? Like how they act when it suddenly happens? Also, are they connected to the USB ports on your motherboard, case, or a USB hub of any kind?

That disconnect and make that sound and then after 2-3 seconds they reconnect again.everything is connected to the motherboard. I have had several usb devices there and I didn’t have any problem. IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SYNAPSE I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE. Razer is a high end company and the least I am expecting is some above average drivers and software. RAZER FIX THIS!

Happens with me too. I have an Lian Li O11 Razer Edition, Deathadder V2, Razer Kraken Ultimate, Razer Cynosa Chroma, and, randomly, all of them disconects and reconect again. Started to happen last year, and keep happening. Windows 11 original, all drivers are updated, formated my OS and keep happening.
