Razer products randomly stopped working

I have had my razer headset ( Razer Blackshark v2 pro) for around 2 years and a half and a couple months ago the bluetooth and mic just stopped working and no matter what I tried it wouldn't help. Something similar just happened recently to my mouse which I bought around 3 years ago - the cable dosnt work anymore, when I plug it in it just dosnt turn on anymore. I trusted Razer as I have been buying all my gaming stuff off them since 2017 and its really unfortunate I spent over 460NZD on these products and they just randomly stop working right when the warranty ends. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems?

a bit late to this thread but I still want to create some awareness. I had the exact same issue with my razer naga and I do have some electronics background to say the mouse is totally functional hardwarewise and it definitely points towards a firmware issue. it’s very strange it actually stopped working towards the end of my warranty as well… I dropped razer products altogether only time will tell if other brands experience similar issues. I hope that’s not the case
