I'm working with Razer Support on this issue and am getting frustrated. I'm on the 4th rep, they keep passing me around. No one seems to want to support the PWM Fan Controller.



I have a brand new Razer PWM Fan Controller. It is not recognizing my Arctic brand fans (they show as "fan not detected" in Synapse and spin at full speed), but it seems to recognize everything other brand.



Is there a known issue with Arctic fans and this controller?
