Razer PWM PC Fan Controller

How do I set up as mentioned on the web site here... "CUSTOM FAN CURVE PROFILES Create custom fan curve profiles via Razer Synapse and have your case fans automatically adjust their speeds based on system temperature—including the ability to run at zero RPM for total silence." All I have in Synapse is the option to set them to 'Quiet' 'Normal' 'Performance' or 'Manual' and manual only allows me to set the speed from 33% to 100%. I do not see any options to set 'custom fan curves' nor set it to 'adjust speeds based on system temperature' nor set them to zero. I have six CoolerMaster MF120 Halo 120mm fans (they are PWM) Am I missing something?
