Razer Raiju not recognized

Hi there, I bought Razer Raiju recently. When I plug the wire into the PC port, it says that USB device is not recognized. I tried this on other USB ports, and other PCs, but without any luck. I installed drivers. Sometimes, when plugging in, the LED light shines briefly, the pad is recognized, but then in seconds it goes disconnected again, with USB device is not recognized error. What may be the issue?
