Razer Raiju Problem

(Pc) I bought a used Razer Raiju controller, installed the latest drivers but my controller is not working. No lights are on and the game (Forza Horizon 4) is not responding to my interactions with the controller. The controller works normally on Ps4. Please help. (I am new to this community)
