Razer Raiju TE 1.05 BT Input Lag

Hello all,

i have a brand new Razer Raiju TE and it came with the latest (V1.05) firmware. I've connected it via BT to my PS4 and i've experienced some serious input lag in COD and in PS4 home screen. I tried to connect/disconnect the controller, restart the PS4, remove the controller and pair it again but the input lag was still there.



What i have noticed is that the lag is reduced in a great degree, when i use a pin and "reset" the controller. Probably I'm not doing this correct, because i insert the pin in the little hole right next to M4 key, the controller turns off, i leave the pin inserted for a few more seconds and then i turn on/reconnect the controller to the PS4. After this procedure, the input lag is almost gone.



Is there something else i can try/do?

I haven't try to use the controller wired. Only in wireless (BT) mode and only with a PS4 (the original console)

There really isn't much that you can try. If the problem persists, you may even have to send it in for replacement. Don't hesitate to send a PM my way should you need assistance with starting a ticket.
