Razer Raiju Tournament Edition will not turn on...

Lately I have been experiencing some lag and stick drift with my controller so I connected my controller to my pc and completed the firmware update. However, after the firmware update was complete my controller will no longer turn on at all. When I plug it in my pc it says my firmware is up to date just can't turn the controller on to use it. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?
