Hi guys, recently purchased a raiju ultimate controller. After finidng out the controller wont connect wirelessly to my ps4 for some reason i also found out that everytime i accidentally press the m3 paddle on the back the controller disconnects. Can anyone tell me if a firmware update will solve this or is the controller faulty? Thanks.

    You can try to update the firmware and if that doesn't resolve the issue then you could send it in for a replacement. In any case, PM me a screenshot of the current firmware version along with the serial number of your controller.

    The Bluetooth simply doesn't work properly, even if it works it will just lag

    What firmware version did your controller come with? Please PM me a screenshot of the firmware version currently installed along with the serial number of your Raiju so I can look into possible solutions.
