Razer Raiju Ultimate button issues

I have a Razer Raiju Ultimate with button issues. The PlayStation button will frequently stop working entirely. I’ll have to hold it down to disconnect the controller and then reconnect to get it to work. The triangle button also doesn’t always work on first press but will register on the second. I have the latest official firmware and play wirelessly, mostly Assassins Creed: Odyssey. No other issues noted.

    Hi there, @DreadPikathulhu! Have you tried connecting the controller with USB connection and see if the issue occurs?

    I have tried the USB connection and there are no issues. The problem only appears when using Bluetooth.
