Razer Raiju Ultimate Issues

Hey there, I have problems with my Raiju Ultimate: It started with the right stick drifting to the right. Now also the left stick started drifting in the same direction. From time to time I also have input lags. I only use the controller in wired mode on my PS4. The installed firmware is 1.01.00 Is there any solution to these problems? Maybe a new firmware? I am looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Garrit

    I’d like further assistance regarding my Razer Raiju Ultimate also. As I have had it for months now updating it with each firmware update and now await further updates regarding my controller. Thanks.

    i need someone to help me RMA my Ultimate controller. And what do we know about the v1.04 firmware that is on the new batch of controllers?

    yes please we need 1.04. so we know for sure if its a hardware or software problem with these controllers.... why is there no Razer rep helping us out?? this is unacceptable customer service.....
