razer raiju ultimate Ps4

My control came with this issue that L1 works when I release it. But it supposed to work when I push it as you know

I tried to restart it by iphone app but no luck

Could you help me pls?

Is it small issue that can be solve by restarting it or it has a hardware issue

I bought that recently and after 3 or 4 weeks just decide to use it that I saw this issue
