Razer Raiju Ultimate left stick problem

Hello, I'm having some issues with my controller. My left stick stop responding for 1 second every 2-3 minutes. It's really annoying. I read that v1.11 fix this issue but when i try to update the firmware, the update button doesn't work. the link is greyed out. I try to hold the up-pad and x button 2 minutes while connecting to my laptop but nothing happen, still greyed out. I try to update to 1.03, it works fine but the left stick problem didn't go away. Does someone know a solution ? Thanks in advance.
