I recently got a razer raiju ultimate and i paired it with my pc 
It was working fine until i accidentally unpaired it and now it wont pair back anymore

ever time i try to pair it windows says connection failed
ive factory rest it both from the button on the back as well as from the razer controller app

someone please help
