Hello. I bought an ultimate raiju razer and I have a problem. When I'm playing COD 4, the lever makes sudden movements to the right. I did the firmware update and it even got worse. I would like to know if there is a solution or the problem is the razer raiju. thank you

Im gonna make this short, everyone here has these problems, there are 3 updates out, v1.01 which u propably have, there was a beta v1.02 and then there's v1.03 that for some reason few of us got. Razer support agents, mods etc think that this is the last one. But a fellow member RMA'd his controller back to Razer and the replacement he got had the v1.04 update. He talked to mods about it and they didnt even know its existence. We talked about it but i dont think people believed us since the mods were denying it. That fellow member sais that the update fixed everything for him and the controller is now fully usable and has no problem at all.

Here is proof of that version actually existing so i guess the solution to this problem is actually near:

Ok i talked with razer live chat support again and the v1.04 is a manufacturing version and for some reason they wont give it to them for the old units out on the market. This makes me think that the new ones might have some hardware change? Or there was a mistake in the software and for some reason they cant be updated properly? In any case and whatever the real answer is, they told me to get a replacement, which im in the process of doing anyways. Also they told me that the v1.03 which is out supposedly is on par with the v1.04 for the new batch of controllers. I told them that v1.03 solved nothing for people while v1.04 and people who had it say the controller is working perfectly right now but the agent told me he/she couldnt do anything because they wont share the firmware with them and thats what they are being told anyways. So i guess now we have our answer. We just RMA it till we get a good batch.
Hi! Thank you for your explanation. so it will be better to return the product. nobody wants to pay 200 euros for a handle that does not work correctly ... if the razer does not solve the problem the best and close the doors ... what do you recommend to do? wait or return? thank you

i have been waiting for many months now, all indications are that Razer have released new hardware. So im advising you to contact razer live chat support and ask for a replacement. I was told by fellow members that they get their stock directly from Hong Kong and their stock right now has the newest batch with the v1.04 and the razer live chat support has informed me that the v1.04 is only for newly manufactured models and cant be shared with the older units.

So i ask you this in return, will u wait for god knows how much long till they make a fix for the older batch or will u just RMA ur product and in about a week have a new perfectly working controller?
if I order a new razer for europe as I know it is a version 1.04

I assume ur asking how can u know whether ur controller will be the newest batch aka the v1.04 firmware model? U can download the firmware of a previous version, v1.03 is now on the thread thats shown first, "sticked" by the mods to always be first, there if u download the update and connect ur controller to the PC if u have the version 1.04 it will show it and tell that u have the newest version available so u cant update. But if it sais u have the v1.01 then it means u got the old batch.

BUT as of right now the EU razer store ONLY has the newest batch.
