I recently bought my Raiju V3 controller, but it has a problem in charging where it wont charge even with the included cable, it only show a yellow light for a split second and gone. The only way it shows charging is when its connected to my PS5, but after leaving it overnight, the battery power is still the same as last night.

Hello there,
Have you tried updating its firmware? What about trying a different power source? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.
