I am trying to connect my controller to the application, but as it shows that it connects, I have a connection failed error, I check several times if it is on and if the pairing mode is on, but nothing happens, it just shows an error

    Were you able to install the Razer Raiju App on another smartphone? It needs an Android phone with version 6.0 and above and iOS 11.0 or later. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
