Razer Raptor 27 firmware update

I recently purchased the Razer Raptor 27 PC monitor. When I try to update the firmware, the steps tell me I have to have the USB-C connected to my PC and will not let me continue until I do so. However, my tower didn't have a USB-C port, so I upgraded my motherboard today, connected the USB-C cable from my monitor to my PC, but the updater will still not let me update and is forcing me to stay on the 'Connect the Razer Raptor 27 to the USB-C port of your PC' screen.

That's odd. Please gather your computer's Razer Synapse logs first. Then, download the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, and uninstall all the Razer-related files on your PC. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it goes.
I have the exact same issue. Will try to reset everything
I did a full reset, unplugged and plugged back the USB C from my computer and I am still prevented from progressing with the firmware update

Sorry to hear that the suggested steps didn't work. Please ensure you've collated your Razer Synapse logs before running the Driver Clean-up Tool. You can submit a case here or send me a PM, including the Razer Raptor's serial number, so I can help you initiate an investigation. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
