I plugged in everything, and I know that the USB-C has to be connected in order for it to be configurable under Synapse, but all I get in device manager is a Generic PnP monitor.
There doesn't seem to be any drivers available, and it also isn't being picked up by Synapse 3. Am I missing something?
Yes, I've plugged in everything correctly and have double checked all physical connections.
