Razer RC30-030051 Gaming Mouse Dongle Went Out

Hello, My mouse's dongle went out. I've had this thing for less than a year and the dongle just sits in the provided docking station. Great mouse other than this issue! I am 100% sure it's the dongle, i can get it to briefly work if i put sideways pressure on the dongle, but this is not a good long term solution. Thanks for your support and great products ... I hope I can fix this young/great mouse.

    Other USB's work in this docking station. This dongle does not work in other USB ports. Other dongles do work in those ports. It's 100% the dongle !

    Can anyone help? How do i get a new dongle?
