I bought a Razer a little over a year ago, and when I opened it, the whole thing was warped. The box and packaging were in pristine condition, it was just the laptop itself. Since I bought it, I have had a few family losses (both of my parents passed away), and the job I was working laid off everyone, and I have had to move twice. With that being said, I am needing a replacement, but because of the time between purchase and everything going on, the warranty and return timeframe has expired. I don’t have the money to replace it, and it’s been sitting in the box. I’m not sure what I can do to get this resolved. The mousepad doesn’t work, and I’m afraid it will cause more internal issues in the long run, due to the warping, or else I would get a separate keyboard and mouse. Can you please help point me in the direction to get this fixed or replaced? I need this for looming for work and/or work in general, and it’s dire at this point.

Hello diseasedetectv,
I'm really sorry to hear about all the challenges you've been facing. Do you mind sharing the laptop serial number and proof of purchase? I can use that to verify its warranty. Also, I’d appreciate it if you could send me a sample recording showing the issue to assist you appropriately. Please send me a PM and save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Have a good one!
