If you have such problems from the beginning, then I’d return it and get another unit.
I am unable to register my Viper V3 Pro because product number is not recognized, or it is invalid. My Raver Viper V3 Pro also came in with some issues. The mouse bottom for some reason was not in place rather was sticking out and I had to pop it back in as well as the sensor stops working out of now where.
