Razer repair center not sending my laptop back
I sent my laptop to Razer repair center and on 10th of July received an email saying my laptop has been tested twice, they didn’t find any problems so it’ll be sent back to me, they are just waiting for the tracking number. 2 weeks and some emails later I still don’t have my laptop. Razer just keeps saying ‚they will do something about it’. I need the device for my doctoral studies and experiments I couldn’t perform for the last 3 weeks now. What can I do about it?
