Razer return not recognizing my order number and billing zip

I tried to do the razer return for the razer kraken tournament edition (green) because I tried them out and decided to go with something else. I received the order this past wednesday (August 12th) and decided to return them basically the same day. I have been trying since then to put in the order number and billing zip but razer returns doesnt recognize the order number and zip. I tried copying and pasting from the invoice, hand typing it and everything so I'm very confused and was wondering if somebody had a similar issue and a solution to this.
