Razer RGB not working

I asked support for answers and some of them are helping but one of my questions don't get answered: Why is my RGB broken. Months ago the RGB worked fine but now all of a sudden it isn't. For some reason the RGB animates for a few seconds, halts, animates again, halts, and it keeps going. Does anybody know what's going on? I'd like my nice animated RGB back
