Do any of the Razer eGPUs run connected to a Windows laptop using a USB 4.0 to Thunderbolt intelligent cable?

Most students only have Windows laptops for school use and very few have a GPU inside.

This is for AI/ML classes.  And I want to teach them how to optimize their Scikit-Learn Python Neural Networks code to use Tensorflow and CUDA from NVIDIA.  I’ll put a GPU in the chassis that has both CUDA and Tensor Cores.
