Hello there, I bought a Razer Ring Light and it’s not working at all. I tried different USB ports of my PC and also a power supply 5V 2A and it doesn’t work at all.
Can you help me find where the problem is, I really wanna use it, I did use it just 3-4 times and it just stopped working.
