Razer Ripsaw Distorted audio

Hi friends, Suddenly, out of the blue, after a couple years of no issues my Ripsaw audio output is VERY distorted. I confirmed it doesn't matter what source I use (PS4 / Switch etc), and I have reseated all connections AND removed the drivers/software and reinstalled. Still the same. It is the only 3.0 device I have plugged into my computer's 3.0 ports. Windows 10, 32gb of ram. Output from the Ripsaw to TV is fine; only occurs in capture feed. Example here: Tested on both XSplit (main) and OBS (downloaded just to try with another reference point) Any help would be incredibly useful. Thanks in advance.

Well, when you combine the fact that I can't get paid support for the product and that support forums aren't very supportful, I guess I will buy a non-razer capture device and go from there.
