Razer Ripsaw Freezing in OBS

Hey, I have been having issues with my Razer Ripsaw HDMI for some time. While streaming the gameplay would freeze and I would have to deactivate and then reactivate the source on OBS to sort it out. It happened quite infrequently and was easy enough to sort out as long as I noticed that it had happened. But recently, it has become much worse. Now when it freezes I have to unplug the ripsaw from my laptop, deactivate the source plug the ripsaw back in to my laptop, wait for it to display the game on the TV, and reactivate the source. It happens very frequently and often when I unplug the ripsaw to fix the issue, everything else plugged into OBS via USB crashes and needs unplugging and plugging back in again too. There are also other issues that pop up, largely juddering, the juddering occurs most frequently on the Ripsaw game play but sometimes spreads to face cam and other sources as well. Here are my specs in case they're needed. Ripsaw Serial Number: (*Omitted for security reasons) Laptop Specs: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHz Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable) System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I did look but couldn't find any solutions in other threads that worked, sorry if I missed one and this is a duplicate. Thanks for your time.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Ripsaw's concern. When did the issue start? Have you recently performed a Windows and Razer Synapse update? Have you tried setting the capture card at 60Hz too?

Windows and Synapse seem to be completely up to date. I have problems from time to time booting Synapse and have had to reinstall it. It now will boot but only if I boot it Via Razer Central if I try to boot it from its own app icon my computer thinks it's open but the window won't appear and I can't access it at all. I know that this is probably really obvious, but I don't actually know how to change the Ripsaw to 60Hz It used to happen once every few streams but it's been really bad for the past 4-5 Months Thanks for the help and sorry my reply took so long, some major stuff came up IRL and took most of my time.
