Good day to you all , I have just replaced my old capture card and Im having issues with the above card..
I have 2 x 34 inch LG monitors res of 3440 x 1440 with 100 hz .
I attached the capture card using a high quality cable and your own cable, my main monitor wants to use a res of 3840 x 2160 at 300% and 60hz and it looks terrible, while the OBS on my streaming pc i think is showing correctly the res is showing 1920x1080 @ 60fps.
But i cannot for the life of me get my monitor back to 3440x1440 @ 100hz ( default )without being 60hz and squashed.
I have checked and double checked synapse is installed and i can see the volume controls. can any one help
