Razer Ripsaw HD audio very quiet on PC and Console through 3.5mm jack

I just bought a Ripsaw HD and I really like it. The only problem I'm having is that the audio coming from the 3.5mm jack is super quiet. I've checked all the windows settings I could and it's still very quiet. The volume is as high as it can be on the Synapse app and I have to use the amplifier in my headphones to even be able to hear anything but it's not loud at all. If anyone knows the fix please let me know as I might end up returning it as the 3.5mm audio jack is very important with how I plan on using it.

    Is your headphone connected directly to the Razer Ripsaw HD capture card? Try to reinstall the Synapse 3 app and update the firmware by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you resolve the audio problem.
