Razer Ripsaw HD Buzzing sound from Audio Source on Twitch Stream via OBS. (HELP)

So I just purchased a Ripsaw HD. I will admit is my first capture card but the Stream quality at 6000k on OBS to Twitch looks pretty good. The problem I am having is that when Playing Spiderman I can hear buzzing sounds on quiet scenes. I am not sure if its the Capture Card or of I am doing something wrong on OBS or what.
