Razer Ripsaw HD Color Issue

So i just got a Razer Ripsaw HD and everything seems to be working except the color. The color is like washed out and inverted or something. Ive updated my software to the latest and ive done some research and the most common solve is some kind of firmware update that i cant seem to find. Ples help :(

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your cable setup and restarting the Razer Ripsaw HD? Does it happen to your other streaming? Which streaming app are you using? Ensure that your gaming PC’s graphics card is configured to output at 60 FPS. Should the issue persists, please follow the steps below and see if it helps:
  • Download the RipsawHDSystemOptimizationTool by following this link.
  • Extract the downloaded .zip file and run RipsawHDSystemOptimizationTool.exe
  • Enable the tool by clicking the CPU Booster slider.
NOTE: The FPS tool will need to be run on the PC where the streaming is happening, i.e., the PC where OBS or similar streaming software is installed.

So the only monitor that shows up is my main gaming monitor. The ripsaw doesnt even show up as an option
